Welcome to The P90X, P90X2  & Shakeology Revolution

Ever since it was released in 2004, the P90X workout has only gathered more steam, attention, and millions of die-hard fans. Followed by everybody from celebrities such as Ashton Kutchner and Demi Moore, to pro-ball quarterbacks and NBA stars, this three month workout has become the most successful workout on the market today for one simple reason: it works.

It has been so successful that nothing short of a spectacular sequel is called for: Enter P90X2. This is the follow up being designed to satiate the desire of over 2 Million (yes thats 2,000,000) clamoring fanatics.

Tony Horton, the mastermind behind P90X and creator of his patented system known as ‘muscle confusion’ has helped millions across the nation realize their dreams of a total body transformation. By combining everything from resistance training to yoga in one workout regime, he has created a program that can truly deliver results.

How Does P90X Work?

Too many people begin their exercise routines and then become stuck. They find something that they like and that delivers some initial routines, and then they repeat it to death until they hit a plateau and stop growing. P90X destroys this problem through the principles of muscle confusion. The idea is simple: by presenting your body with an ever changing series of challenges, by never allowing a pattern to be created, you stimulate your muscles and central nervous system to always be adapting to new forms of exercise. This in turn causes your body to always grow as it continuously fights to adjust to the latest variation you’re throwing at it.

That’s why P90X includes a wide range of different kinds of exercises, from the basic resistance training workouts that focus on the different parts of your body to plyometrics, cadio, yoga, kenpo, core work and stretching. By continuously attempting to help you improve muscle tone, balance, coordination and flexibility, P90X delivers a 360 degree revolution in just one little box.

What Comes In the Box

P90X is more than just a collection of workout DVD’s. In order to transform your body, you have to transform your life, which is why P90X delivers a wide variety of tools and manuals to help you do just that. You get a Nutrition Guide to help you take control of your diet, a Workout Guide that breaks down each workout and gets your mind in the right place to truly make a change, twelve diverse and challenging P90X workout DVD’s, and the all important P90X workout Calendar that tells you what you need to do and when.

Remember, it’s not enough to just press Play each day and do the exercise. You have to follow the Nutrition Guide to a ‘T’, and you have to want to change your life. Try P90X. It might be the best decision you ever make.

P90X2 vs P90X

For those 2,000,0o0 plus folks who have purchased P90X, Tony and Beachbody have designed P90X2. This is the much anticipated sequel to P90X. The idea is to make sure the Muscle Confusion continues. With 12 new DVDs, grueling new workouts and a simplified nutrition plan, trust us, it takes P90X to a whole new level.

Enter Shakeology To The Equation

Like most people I was doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle. I exercised once in a while, I mostly ate well, and I tried to get my eight hours sleep. However, hitting my 30’s I started to feel run down. You know the feeling—lethargic, listless, no bounce in my stride or enthusiasm to do much more than fall on my couch after work and read a book. Somewhere along the way I’d taken a wrong turn, and my health had begun to slip. Enter Shakeology.

Now, a friend of mine turned me onto the P90X workout. I felt like an extreme workout might just be the ticket to jolt me out of my slow decline, so I jumped on board, and that’s how I learned about Shakeology. I’ll be honest. At first it sounded too good to be true, and way to expensive. I gave it a pass, and focused on lifting weights in order to lose weight.

But I still wasn’t where I wanted to be. My energy levels weren’t high, and I was often getting colds or the flu (about once or twice a month). Everything I read told me that it was my nutrition that was off, so I finally sat down to learn about everything from vitamins to phytochemicals. And you know what? Everything I learned seemed to resonate ever more with what Shakeology was all about.

Shakeology is a product that’s made with no artificial ingredients. No artificial sweeteners. No caffeine. It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs, all kinds of probiotics, phytochemicals, you name it. I especially loved the image of going to the salad bar six times for one serving. What’s more, when I thought about it, the $100 price tag actually broke down to about $3/day. Which is about how much I spend on a coffee. Suddenly it seemed worth the try.

And you know what? After five days or so of making chocolate Shakeology smoothies (plus strawberries and peanut butter) I started to feel different. I started to feel more grounded, more alert. I felt sharper and healthier, and soon, especially when combined with my exercise, I started to finally break that energy barrier and feel great again.

So, what do I think about Shakeology? I know it worked for me. Will it work for you? I don’t see why not. Something this healthy and wholesome can only do you a world of good. Sure changed my life for the better.
