Enter Shakeology To The Equation
Like most people I was doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle. I exercised once in a while, I mostly ate well, and I tried to get my eight hours sleep. However, hitting my 30’s I started to feel run down. You know the feeling—lethargic, listless, no bounce in my stride or enthusiasm to do much more than fall on my couch after work and read a book.
